User Types

There are 4 different types of users in GraphiShare.

Team leader

is a user with a designer role, who can manage and supervise other designers within the team.

Designer

is a user who has access to 

• client management and collaboration
• file uploads
• task manager
• and reporting tool

Client

is a user with login capability who has access to 

• browse the folder system shared by the designer
• open files within the folder system
• crop & comment (collaborating on opened files)
• view file revisions

Guest

is someone without login capability who has access to certain files via direct links. Guests only have access to view files, they cannot collaborate on projects nor use other application features.
